Perhaps a movement feels uncomfortable, you are unsure about an adjustment, or you want to understand the options for care during pregnancy. At our San Diego office, those questions belong in the conversation. Dr. Merriel’s approach is straightforward and relaxed; he explains what he finds so patients can make their own decisions without feeling pressured.
You do not have to be comfortable with every type of adjustment to discuss chiropractic care. His bio describes both hands-on techniques and instrument-based options for people who are nervous about adjustments or dislike the sound of pops. It also describes conversations about exercises and daily habits alongside treatment. Care at our San Diego office
Hands-on adjusting is central here, alongside Shockwave therapy and Webster Technique care during pregnancy. This is one of two offices here with shockwave; prenatal care focuses on muscle, joint and spine discomfort.
Massage, pediatric care, sports injury and auto accident care, custom orthotics and supplements are also available. This office does not offer Spinal decompression, Laser therapy or Red light therapy; those are at the Lake Forest office.
