Dr. Greg McDonald is a Doctor of Chiropractic with over 30 years of clinical experience. He specializes in manual adjustments, cellular detoxification, and functional DNA analysis. His expertise allows him to deliver personalized, hands-on treatment plans informed by each patient’s unique biomechanical and genetic profile.
Dr. Ron Merriel is a Doctor of Chiropractic and a graduate of New York Chiropractic College (2000). With nealy 26 years of clinical practice across New Jersey, Philadelphia, and California. He is Webster certified and holds specialised experience in auto accident rehabilitation, disc herniation, sciatica, prenatal and pediatric chiropractic, and vertigo management.
Dr. Jordan Ziegler is a Doctor of Chiropractic and a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West. She serves as the lead clinician for all Greenlight Chiropractic locations. Dr. Ziegler is experienced in diversified adjustments, drop table technique, the Activator method, flexion-distraction therapy, intersegmental traction, and cold laser therapy.
Our Mission
Greenlight Chiropractic & Wellness Lab was founded with a clear mission: to make chiropractic care more accessible, more thorough, and more mainstream across Southern California. We take time to understand each patient’s pain, lifestyle, work habits, and home environment before designing a treatment plan. Our goal is not to present a rigid protocol, but to build a care plan that fits the individual – one that makes sense for what they do on a day-to-day basis.
Many patients come to our offices after months or years of tolerating pain they assumed was normal. We believe that chronic neck tension, persistent low back aches, and recurring headaches are not conditions anyone should simply live with. Through thorough consultation, comprehensive examination, diagnostic imaging when medically necessary, and phased treatment planning, we empower patients to take an active role in their recovery. Every member of our team, from the front desk to the treatment room, is committed to delivering a five-star experience rooted in clinical excellence and genuine care.
Our Story
Greenlight Chiropractic & Wellness Lab was established to elevate the standard of chiropractic care across Southern California. The Spring Valley clinic was the first office to open in 2021, with Dr. Jordan Ziegler joining as the first doctor under the Greenlight banner. From that foundation, the practice expanded to include locations in Lake Forest, Spring Valley, and Rancho Bernardo. Each clinic is guided by a shared commitment to clinical excellence, personalized treatment, and a whole-body approach to wellness.
Along the way, Greenlight brought together experienced practitioners with deep roots in their communities. Dr. Greg McDonald joined the Lake Forest Clinic, contributing more than 30 years of clinical expertise in manual adjustments, cellular detoxification, and functional DNA analysis.
Dr. Ron Merriel, with nearly 26 years of practice spanning New Jersey, Philadelphia, and California, became the lead practitioner at the Rancho Bernardo clinic, where he earned the trust of an established patient base that has been under chiropractic care for more than four decades.
Today, with over 56 years of combined experience and more than 8,000 patients treated, Greenlight Chiropractic & Wellness Lab continues to grow and is shaped by a philosophy of listening first, diagnosing thoroughly, and treating the whole person.
