Deep roots in San Diego
Dr. Olsen, known to patients as Dr. Marty, was born and raised in San Diego. After undergraduate studies at UC Santa Barbara, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles in 1989.
More than 30 years of experience
He began his career practicing in New Jersey and New York before returning home to San Diego in 1993, where he has served the community ever since.
How he works with patients
Dr. Olsen uses a wide range of chiropractic techniques for both spinal and extremity conditions, such as the shoulders, hips, knees and feet. Each patient's care is built around their own needs, and he explains what he finds before care begins.
Outside the office
When he is off duty, Dr. Olsen enjoys hiking local trails, cheering on his favorite soccer teams, baking his well-known banana bread and spending time with his family.
