Nicole has been helping the body find a more functionally balanced state since 2007. She specializes in chronic pain relief. Nicole has helped clients with migraine relief, injury rehab and mobility improvement in Chiropractic and clinical based settings. Nicole became a Yoga Instructor in 2017 and appreciates helping clients find ways to reduce pain with movement and Yoga. Nicole's intention when working with each client is to help them learn of their areas of discomfort and how to best prevent and deal with injury with a more informed approach.
